Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project before work has begun.
If the project has already started, any refund will depend on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, completed work is generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- The project has not yet started.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service.
- A duplicate payment has been made.
- Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

- Graphic design deliverables
- UI/UX designs delivered to the client

- SEO services already performed
- Digital marketing campaigns that have started
- Domain name registration fees
- Web hosting fees
- Third-party software licenses

- Consultation fees
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project requirements.
- Supplying content, images, and other necessary materials on time.
- Reviewing and approving work promptly.
- Communicating requested revisions clearly.
Project delays caused by missing client information may affect delivery timelines.
Revisions
We provide revisions according to the agreed project scope.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
- A project may require an advance payment before work begins.
- The remaining balance is due according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Outstanding payments may delay project delivery.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
